On December 2nd, the signing ceremony for the joint establishment of a doctoral workstation by Qingdao Binhai University and Qingdao Donghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room on the second floor of Zhongjing Building. Representatives including Qu Chenfei, Dean of the School of Nursing, and Cui Yunzheng, Director of the Human Resources Department of Qingdao Donghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., attended the event.

In accordance with the joint construction agreement, the two parties will carry out multi-level and multi-form cooperation in fields such as clinical nursing technology, rehabilitation nursing, health management, and biopharmaceutical applications. The specific cooperation contents include the joint training of high-level nursing talents, joint tackling of scientific research projects, academic exchanges and achievement transformation. The initiative aims to realize complementary advantages and resource sharing between the university and the enterprise, and jointly meet the development needs of the regional big health industry. 

Moving forward, the School will promote the innovation of nursing disciplines and the reform of talent training models through the jointly-built platform, while the enterprise will leverage the university’s scientific research strength to enhance its independent innovation capability and the efficiency of scientific and technological achievement transformation, thereby injecting new impetus into the development of the health industry.
