Vocational education

In the training of vocational college students, we adhere to the educational philosophy of "student-centered, with moral education as the priority" and "learning to do things starts with learning to be a good person." We have established a comprehensive moral education system that is all-encompassing, covering all aspects, all processes, and involving all educators. This system emphasizes strict management and the cultivation of positive habits.

We foster a positive and uplifting campus culture, using cultural activities to shape students’ character. Our education model is application-oriented, initially establishing a range of training methods such as school-enterprise integration, work-study alternation, and order-based training. We emphasize practical teaching, focusing on skill development and assessment, and have established a number of integrated school-enterprise practice teaching bases and off-campus internship bases. The requirements of relevant industries are embedded in the training system and teaching content.

Obtaining the corresponding vocational qualification certificates is a mandatory requirement for graduation, ensuring that every student possesses at least one professional skill. Students must also meet the general skill standards before graduating. Our objective is to cultivate professionals with integrity, practical skills, innovative spirit, and hands-on abilities—versatile, application-oriented talents who can meet the demands of frontline roles in production, management, and services.
