V. Recruitment Procedures

1. The International Exchange and Cooperation Office is responsible for collecting and organizing overseas doctoral applications and submitting them to the Personnel Office.

2. The Personnel Office conducts a preliminary qualification review.

3. Those who pass the preliminary review will be notified to attend a trial lecture and interview.

4. Candidates who pass the trial lecture and interview will undergo background checks and medical examinations. The investigation will include individual interviews, key visits, archive reviews, and online checks to assess political performance, ideological stance, moral character, professional ability, and work achievements. The authenticity of the applicant’s information and qualification compliance will also be re-verified. Medical examinations should be conducted at comprehensive hospitals at the county level or above, in accordance with civil servant recruitment medical examination standards and operation manuals.

5. Those who pass the background check and medical examination will report to the university according to the prescribed time to complete the employment procedures.
