On October 25th, a delegation led by RIZOKULOV TURAKUL, Vice Rector of Tajik National University of Law, Politics and Business, and BABADZHANOV DAVRON, Vice Rector of Khujand International College at Tajik International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship, paid a visit to our university.

Sun Ying, Vice President of our university, met with the delegation. Relevant responsible persons from the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, School of Foreign Languages and International Cooperation, School of International Education and other departments attended the meeting as accompanying guests.
Vice President Sun Ying introduced to the delegation the historical evolution, program offerings and the development of international exchange work of our university. She stated that under the background of the "Belt and Road" Initiative, Qingdao Binhai University has actively promoted exchanges and cooperation with universities in Central Asian countries and achieved certain results. It is expected that relying on their respective advantages, our university and Tajikistan universities can integrate educational resources and pursue common development in such areas as teacher-student exchanges, cooperative education, and scientific research cooperation.
BABADZHANOV DAVRON and RIZOKULOV TURAKUL respectively introduced the development status, program layout, progress of international cooperation and the development of Chinese language education of their respective universities. They expressed the hope to deepen cooperation with our university in multiple aspects including student exchange, joint establishment of international colleges, and academic paper exchange. Meanwhile, they sincerely invited the university leaders to visit the Republic of Tajikistan to further promote the exchanges and cooperation between the two sides.

The two parties also conducted in-depth discussions on specific projects such as the dispatch of Chinese teachers, "2+2" cooperative education program, and international students' internship in China, and reached initial intentions on relevant cooperation.
Prior to the meeting, the Tajikistan university delegation visited the university museum, library and Global Village, gaining a direct understanding of the university's educational environment, cultural development and teaching resources.
