The research teams employed various methods, including on-site inspections, symposiums, and sitting in on classes, to check the operation of teaching facilities, faculty allocation, and safety measures. They also gathered feedback and suggestions from teachers and students, coordinated resource needs, and laid a solid foundation for the efficient launch of the new semester’s work.

Well before the new semester began, the university had undertaken comprehensive planning and deployment for the preparatory work. This field research served as an inspection of the implementation of these earlier arrangements, allowing leaders to gain a deeper understanding of the actual progress in teaching and education, discipline development, and administrative services across the university. At the same time, it focused on the needs of teachers and students to identify and address emerging issues.
