Recently, the list of participating institutions in the 2025 "Dream Fulfillment Program for Industrial Workers' Academic Pursuit" was officially announced. After independent application by our university, selection and recommendation by provincial-level education administrative departments, and rigorous evaluation by experts from the Ministry of Education, our university successfully made the list. This is a full recognition of our university's educational strength, continuing education quality, and contributions to serving social and economic development.

The "Dream Fulfillment Program for Industrial Workers' Academic Pursuit" is a key initiative jointly promoted by the Ministry of Education, All-China Federation of Trade Unions, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. It aims to enhance the comprehensive quality and core competitiveness of the industrial worker team through higher academic continuing education and vocational skills training.

Notably, the non-academic training program "FANUC Industrial Robot Programmer Skill Certification", which our university has jointly developed in-depth with Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone Haiyi Vocational Training School and Qingdao West Coast New Area Workers' Technical Training School, has been designated as a key platform for skills enhancement in higher academic continuing education under this program. This provides strong support for opening up a development channel of "skills certification + academic advancement" for local industrial workers.
