On July 12, Kim Hyun-cheol, Dean of the China Institute at Yonsei University in South Korea, led a delegation to visit our university. Han Xiaomeng, the Executive Vice President of our university, met the visiting guests in the council chamber of the International Academic Exchange Center at Qingdao Binhai University, and appointed Kim Hyun-cheol as an Honorary Professor of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Language at our university. The two universities also signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

During the exchange, both sides introduced their respective universities and engaged in discussions on international education cooperation projects, including faculty exchange visits, faculty study abroad or professional development programs, and collaborative research projects. The two sides signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, expressing their hope to continue strengthening collaboration in the future and contribute to promoting cultural exchanges between China and South Korea.
