On April 25, the "Fusion of Creativity - 2025 Art Exhibition of Fine Arts Teachers from Qingdao Binhai University" grandly opened at the West Coast New Area Cultural Center, offering a splendid and profound visual feast for citizens and art enthusiasts.
The exhibition features over 80 artworks by faculty members, including Chinese painting, New Year paintings, oil painting, mineral pigment painting, and mixed media painting. The works range from majestic and grand narratives to delicate depictions of everyday life, fully reflecting the latest creative achievements of the fine arts teachers. They demonstrate a bold exploration of artistic innovation, skillfully integrating national spirit, contemporary themes, and regional characteristics. Rooted in reality and closely connected to life, the teachers use unique artistic perspectives and exquisite expressions to vividly illustrate the dynamic growth and profound heritage of the Fine Arts faculty at Qingdao Binhai University.
This exhibition serves not only as a concentrated evaluation and showcase of the teachers' educational and creative capabilities but also as a significant annual exhibition for the entire Fine Arts teaching team of the School of Arts and Media at Qingdao Binhai University. It plays a vital role in strengthening the integration between the university and cultural centers, promoting scientific research and external exchanges, and enhancing the professional skills of the teachers.
Supported by Qingdao Binhai University, the Qingdao Academy for Innovative Communication of Chinese Culture through Short Videos, the Research Center for Cultural Communication and Regional Development, and the Innovation Design and Communication Research Center for Cultural and Tourism Integration, the exhibition is co-organized by the West Coast New Area Cultural Center and the School of Arts and Media at Qingdao Binhai University. It is co-hosted by the Cultural and Arts Professional Committee of the Qingdao Huangdao District Committee of the China Democratic League and the Fine Arts Program of the School of Arts and Media at Qingdao Binhai University. The exhibition at the Cultural Center (Exhibition Area) will run until May 8.
